Kuching, 25 November 2025 — NAIM Holdings Berhad (“NAIM” or “the Group”) has been recognised in multiple categories in The Edge Malaysia’s Top Property Developers Awards (TPDA) 2025. Emily Hii, Executive Director of NAIM, said:
“We are honoured to be recognised once again in The Edge Malaysia’s Top Property Developers Awards. Our #8 ranking in the Quantitative Overall category reflects the strength of our financial foundation and the trust placed in us by our customers, investors, and partners. At the same time, our presence in the Qualitative Overall category affirms our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality homes, elevating customer experience, and creating long-term value for our communities.”

Looking ahead, NAIM plans to continue expanding its developments across Sarawak, enhancing sustainability-led practices, and improving the customer experience across all its townships.
