KUCHING: Naim Group of Companies (Naim) is delighted with the response from the public to its ‘Super Deals’ property promotion.

The promotion was part of Naim’s 25th anniversary celebration and as a gesture of appreciation to the community for its support to Naim over the years.

Deputy managing director Christina Wong said the promotion had made the anniversary celebration more meaningful.

“At the end of last year, we launched our ‘Naim Thanks You’ charity campaign – in favour of 25 non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in the state.

“Under this campaign, we pledged to contribute RM250 for every unit of property sold in 2020, with a minimum of RM250,000 to be raised.

“The ‘Super Deals’ had facilitated us in meeting our objective and hence, added value to our charity campaign. As such, we would like to thank our valued purchasers not only for their purchases but also for their involvement in this charity campaign,” she said yesterday.

Wong invited those who had not managed to visit the Group’s developments in Kuching, Miri and Bintulu to do so.

“Be it a lifestyle upgrade, investment, the intention to operate businesses or business expansions, do come and discover how our developments can add value to you, your business and your family.

“In addition, for those who intend to purchase residential properties, this is the time to do so with the Government’s Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) – which provides for stamp duty exemptions for instruments of transfer and loan agreements.”
