Single-Storey Semi-Detached House Up for Grabs

A single-storey semi-detached house worth RM 180,000 situated at Desa Ilmu in Kota Samarahan is up for grabs as the hole-in-one prize in the inaugural Naim Charity Golf Tournament to be held at the Damai Golf and Country Club (DGCC) this Sunday.

With entries limited to the first 70 golfers only, the charity do is organized by the Naim Cendera Group of Companies for a worthy cause and is open to those interested with entry fees of only RM 250 per person inclusive of green fees, buggies on twin sharing basis, breakfast, lunch and goodies bag.

DGCC golf operations manager John Lee disclosed that entries were on first come first serve basis and for those with handicap 36 and below for men while handicap 40 and below for women.

According to him, the tournament format was based on Stableford system and apart from the hole-in-one prize offered at Hole 6 and Hole 17, there were also other exciting prizes to be won.

“The event will certainly be exciting simply because this is the first time a single-storey semi-detached house is offered as a hole-in-one prize while there are other prizes including a lucky draw offered to the participating golfers” he said.

The handling over of the hole-in-one prize was held at Naim Cendera’s head office yesterday and on hand to give away the sponsorship was the general manager of Naim Citra Sdn Bhd Zailani Ismail who is also the organizing committee chairman.
