Sarbex roadshow next week

KUCHING: The public will have the opportunity to invest in a wide array of properties in the country and other parts of the world during the Sarawak Builders Expo (Sarbex) 2009 next week.
The event will be held at Permata Exhibition Centre, Taman Kereta from 10am to 10pm from Friday to Sunday.

Visitors can expect a wide range of properties they can reserve or buy in Sarawak, Peninsular Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, the United Kingdom and Canada.

Among the confirmed exhibitors are Sime Darby Property Bhd, Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd, Naim Cendera Bhd, RunningStream (Singapore) and OBYU Realty Sdn Bhd.

OBYU Realty will be introducing their latest residential projects in Petra Jaya, Kuching – the Gamelan II and D’Astana.

Gamelan II introduces a new concept with a twist where ‘every house is a corner’ while D’Astana is its exclusive low density development.

Each D’Astana unit comes complete with ID furnishings.

These new launches are expected to be completed in 2010 and the first five buyers in Sarbex 2009 will get to win a special gift from OBYU.

RunningStream (Singapore) is bringing their expertise in overseas real estate investment opportunities to Kuching.

For Sarbex 2009, the company will be showcasing one of the most prestigious development in Melbourne – the Convesso Concavo.
