KUCHING: Naim Land Sdn Bhd is offering promotions on its residential and commercial developments at the Sheda Property Expo this weekend.

It will be showcasing properties in Kuching, Miri and Bintulu during the three-day expo at Borneo Convention Centre here.

Senior sales and marketing general manager Alice Ting said the promotions included cash rebates, discounts, waiver of management fees and free car park facilities.

“Expo goers will have the opportunity to find out more about our developments in Sarawak,” she added.

Among them are Naim’s iconic Kuching Paragon and Bintulu Paragon integrated developments, which combine residential, business, retail and hospitality components.

Under Kuching Paragon, Naim will showcase its Sapphire On The Park condo development while for Bintulu Paragon, it will feature the recently-launched The Peak condo.

Limited prime units of the Street Mall in Bintulu Paragon will be available for sale and lease and Small Office Versatile Office (SOVO) units for sale.

For Miri, Naim will feature its Bahagia Residences four-storey apartments and Pusat Bandar shophouses in Bandar Baru Permyjaya.

The South Lake Permyjaya development within Bandar Baru Permyjaya will be on show as well.
