Raya Open House For All!

Naim extends you another generous invitation to all to come to our open house and celebrate Raya. It will be held at the Riveria show house this weekend. It will commence from 10 a.m. on the 12th of November till late.

This gives you an opportunity to tour the Riveria show houses. We have the tastefully decorated double storey terrace show house called Iris and the ever popular Allamanda which is the double storey semi-detached house. A variety of local delicacies and drinks will be served. So come and experience raya with us!

The Riveria is situated just 5 minutes from the Stutong Roundabout, after crossing the Sungai Kuap bridge. We currently have limited corner units of Primrose, single storey terrace houses. Allamanda and Lavender are the two designs of double storey semi-detach houses, selling at RM 330,888 and RM368,888. Our double storey terrace named Jasmine is also up for grabs with a starting price of just RM229,888.
