Official launching of Vista Ilmu housing project

Chief Minister of Sarawak, Yang Amat Berhormat Pehin Sri Haji Abdul Taib Mahmud officiated the launching ceremony of Vista Ilmu housing project on 6th September 2007.
Over 3,000 people from Samarahan, Asajaya and it’s vicinity attended the ceremony for the project which is located at Desa Ilmu of Kota Samarahan.

Also present during the function was Naim Cendera group Managing Director, Datuk Hasmi Hasnan who also handed over a mock cheque for the donation from Tabung Amanah Naim towards the construction of a surau at Desa Ilmu.

On a similar note, the Chief Minister had also presented a personal donation towards the construction of the surau while State assemblyman for Muara Tuang, Dato’ Sri Haji Mohd Ali Mahmud donated a van in aid of Pertubuhan Orang Kurang Upaya at Bengkel Sri Sarawak.

Also present during the function was Minister of Housing Sarawak, Datuk Sri Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari Tun Abang Haji Openg and local dignitaries.
