Packages an added bonus to the current Merdeka sales promotion

KUCHING: In conjunction with the Merdeka month and the upcoming Ramadhan and Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Naim Cendera Holdings Bhd, the developer of the Riveria project and Desa Ilmu in Kota Samarahan, is launching its exciting Syok Raya Promotion from Aug 16 to 31.
This promotion has been devised as an added bonus to the current Merdeka sales promotion happening throughout this month.

Anyone purchasing property from Naim Cendera between the Aug 16 and 31 will be eligible to enjoy the Merdeka sale as well as the Syok Raya packages.
The Syok Raya promotion allows all Naim property Purchasers to qualify for the Raya lucky draw, which is subject to various terms and conditions.

The grand prize is a 40-inch LCD television while second prize is a home theater system. Finally, third prize is a fridge and two consolation prize winners will each be given a vacuum cleaner unit.

Purchasers will also enjoy a ‘duit raya’ discount of RM888 when buying a single storey terrace, house and single storey semi detached house.

Other discounts include, RM188 off for the purchase of an apartment, RM1,888 off for a double storey terrace house as well as a double storey semi detached house and finally, a whopping RM2,888 off for those looking to buy a shophouse.

Again, potential purchasers should bear in mind that certain terms and conditions do apply in terms of these promotions. In addition, the said offers can be stacked with our Naim Merdeka sales promotion throughout the month of August which carries attractive discounts of up to two per cent for residential units and up to RM50,000 discount for commercial properties and RM8,888 discounts for detached lots. Naim is also giving away a RM300 furniture voucher for each single storey terrace house purchase.

The amounts of these vouchers vary, including RM500 for single storey semi detached house buyers, RM1,000 for showhouses, double storey terrace houses and a double storey semi detached house, and RMl1,500 for each purchased shophouse. The ongoing Naim introducer scheme is still applicable.

Purchasers who successfully close a deal involving their friends or relatives will be entitled to claim attractive commissions. As a bonus for initiating the purchase of an apartment, the introducer will receive RM150, while in the case of a single storey terrace house, the amount will double to RM300.

Larger bonuses include RM400 for a double storey terrace house and single storey semi detached house and RM600 for double storey semi detached, single storey detached house, double storey terrace and shophouse. Again, potential purchasers should bear in mind that certain terms and conditions do apply in regards to all these promotions.
