Naim Cendera is giving away the “angpow” in conjunction with its special festive promotion .

The Director of Sales of Desa Ilmu Sdn Bhd, Tony Lau presented a mock cheque for RM10,000 and the house key to 32- year-old Aslin.

The ceremony was witnessed by Aslin’s husband KS Tan, her father Kho Chee Chian and Naim Cendera staff at her new home here yesterday.

The newly married Aslin, who was overjoyed with the “angpow” said she and her husband Tan chose Desa Ilmu because of its ideal location and environment.

The couple is looking forward to staying at their new house which they bought for RM210,000 and celebrating the Chinese New Year there. They also hope to start a family soon.

Like Aslin, new buyers of completed and selected residential units at Desa Ilmu of Kota Samarahan, are eligible for the special “CNY angpows” festive promotion upon moving into their new homes.

However, only those who have bought and paid in full their home purchases are entitled to the big fat “angpow” which will be given out until February 29, 2008.
