Naim officially unveils Signature Collection and Sapphire project

KUCHING: Naim Holdings Bhd (Naim) has launched its upmarket brand, Naim Signature Collection (Signature Collection) and the first product under the brand known as the Sapphire on the Park (Sapphire) condominium development, in conjunction with the opening of its new sales gallery located at Rock Commercial Centre.

The Signature Collection’s Sapphire development is a part of Kuching Paragon’s integrated development in the heart of Kuching city; at Batu Lintang.

According to a press statement, Kuching Paragon is a one-stop hub that integrates residential, business, retail, and hospitality components.

The Signature Collection will showcase unique propositions of a selected range of residential and commercial properties.

During the launch, Naim’s deputy managing director, Christina Wong said that the response to Sapphire was very encouraging, with many buyers taking advantage of Naim’s Ang Pow promotions.

“Sapphire, the first product under the Collection certainly provides attractive value propositions to investors and buyers.

“We invite all to be a part of Kuching Paragon’s Sapphire,” said Wong.

As the first product under Naim’s Signature Collection, Sapphire is set to be a sought after up-market condominium development in the region.

“Sapphire, built with a contemporary tropical minimalist concept, epitomises resort and chic urban living, where form integrates seamlessly with fuction,” Wong said in a statement.

Sapphire will be developed over 72,000 square feet of land and will boasts a myriad of lifestyle facilities for its residents.

The launch of the Signature Collection, Sapphire, and the new sales gallery started off with lion dance performances, and had managed to attract many property buyers and investors, yesterday.

Throngs of crowds could be seen at the venue, all of whom were there to find out more about the new Signature Collection and Sapphire.

In addition to the launching event, Naim also handed over RM50,000 in contribution to the Committee Management of Kuching Chung Hua No. 1, 3 and 4.

Wong said that Naim has always taken into consideration of the community’s interest. As such, it has an outreach programme to connect with relevant sections of the society. Naim’s Tabung Amanah Naim is also one of its vehicles to assist the community by offering support in the furtherance of education.
