NAIM Named Malaysia’s Top 30 Property Developers

KUCHING: Naim Holdings Bhd (Naim) has added another feather to its cap after being adjudged as one of Malaysia’s Top 30 property developers by The Edge Malaysia’s Top Property Developers Awards 2017.

The company was the only East Malaysia-based property developer in the list of award recipients.

Naim chief executive officer for Property, Lee Han Ming said the result was a testimony that Sarawak-based property developers have the capability to join the ranks of Malaysia’s best.

“We are honoured to be bestowed the award and would like to thank all our customers, stakeholders, the Naim team and all who have helped in making Naim what we are today.

“We will definitely be moving to the next level in our development,” he said in a statement yesterday.

He pointed out that Naim would continue to build products of quality for the people and be the community’s partner towards achieving its desired lifestyle.

The Edge Malaysia’s Top Property Developers Awards 2017 seek to rank Malaysia’s best property players from the consumer’s perspective, based on their quantitative and qualitative attributes.
