NAIM Launches Zero Down Payment Campaign to Support Homebuyers in Kuching and Bintulu

Eligible purchasers may enjoy support of up to 10% of the purchase price for selected NAIM properties.

KUCHING, 15 JUNE 2026 — NAIM has launched its Zero Down Payment Campaign, offering eligible purchasers support of up to 10% of the purchase price for selected properties in Kuching and Bintulu. Designed to provide greater accessibility and flexibility for homebuyers, the campaign aims to support purchasers at one of the most important stages of the homeownership journey.

Under the campaign, eligible purchasers may utilise the support towards the initial downpayment and/or the differential sum between the purchase price and the approved financing amount, subject to the maximum entitlement under the campaign.

Available for selected participating NAIM properties in Kuching and Bintulu, the campaign enables eligible purchasers to explore homeownership opportunities with enhanced financial support, while enjoying access to NAIM’s established residential communities.

Ms Haliza Bt Segar, Head of Group Sales and Marketing of NAIM, said the campaign reflects NAIM’s commitment to understanding the evolving needs of today’s homebuyers and delivering solutions that make homeownership more accessible.

“We recognise that every homebuyer’s journey is unique, and the Zero Down Payment Campaign is designed to provide additional flexibility and support during the purchasing process. Through this initiative, we hope to make it easier for eligible purchasers to take the next step towards owning a home with NAIM,” she said.

She added that the campaign is part of NAIM’s ongoing efforts to enhance the homebuying experience by offering practical solutions that support customers at different stages of their property ownership journey.

The campaign is applicable to selected participating NAIM properties in Kuching and Bintulu and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the availability of participating units.

Interested purchasers are encouraged to register their interest during the campaign period and speak with NAIM’s sales team to learn more about the participating properties, eligibility requirements, financing process and documentation timeline.

While the campaign provides support towards upfront purchase costs, financing approval remains subject to the assessment and approval of the relevant financial institution, Federal or State Government loan department, or other relevant financier.
