Naim Launches New Alphinia Houses

MIRI: Naim Cendera Sdn Bhd yesterday unveiled the Alphinia double storey semi-detached house in the company’s latest addition at Desa Pujut 2, Bandar Baru Permyjaya.
This unique design comes with a starting price of RM399,888 and features a covered area of 2,681 square feet on a generous land size of 11.46 points.

The units come with four bedrooms and three washrooms as well as a spacious car porch which can accommodate up to three vehicles.
