Naim launches its ‘Naim Standards’ manual

KUCHING: Homegrown developer and contractor, Naim Holdings Bhd (Naim) has implemented its ‘Naim Standards’, slated towards its commitment for better quality control in products and services offerings.
At the launching ceremony held at Wisma Naim here yesterday, the group’s managing director Datuk Hasmi Hasnan said that the Naim Standards Manual was a comprehensive extension to its ‘Zero Defects’ campaign and 24-month warranty for its properties launched in the middle of last year.

“It signifies the very essence that is needed for Naim to achieve its vision of becoming the leading home builder and contractor in every market in which we operate, and its mission, to provide excellent quality, value and timely delivery at all times,” he added.

The Naim Standards Manual comprises of a set of standardised guidelines catered for employees, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers to employ with regards to uniformity in materials and equipment used in the housing and commercial construction arms of the group.

“The standardisation and uniformity of materials and equipment used are expected to create greater consistency in the quality in all their designs, ultimately resulting in giving more value to their customers for the long term,” underlined Hasmi.

He further added that for Naim, “quality means doing the job right the first time.

“We’ve always delivered quality work, and we are continually striving to improve our performance with the launching of Naim Standards. The main objective of the standards is to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements and we aim to enhance or exceed customer satisfaction.”
