Naim launches Bahagia Residences

KUCHING: Naim Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Naim Holdings Bhd, has launched its Bahagia Residences at its Miri sales gallery.

The company also held Chinese New Year open houses at its Permy Mall Miri office and at its No. 1, Old Airport Road Bintulu office.

Naim senior general manager for sales and marketing Alice Ting said in addition to exciting lion dance and drums performances, as well as refreshments, guests also got to view new developments and current hot-selling property in both locations.

All sales galleries are open daily from 9am to 6pm.

For Bintulu, there are limited prime Street Mall units for sale and lease, and Small Office Versatile Office (Sovo) units for sale.

“In addition, guests can also find out about property developments which are coming soon in Bintulu,” she said.

As part of Naim’s Chinese New Year celebration, the Miri and Bintulu branches are offering attractive angpow promotions.
