MIRI: Naim Cendera Holding Bhd held at Chinese New Year (CNY) Open House cum launching of ‘Alyssa’ Double-Storey Semi-Detached House at Desa Pujut 2 in Bandar Baru Permyjaya yesterday.
Presented at the event were Assistant Minister of Infrastructure Development and Communication, Lee Kim Shin, Miri City Mayour, Lawrence Lai and Senor Vice-President of Naim, Vincent Kueh Hoi Chuang.

Speaking at the event, Lee urged developers to improve the social facilities such as children’s playgrounds and football fields at housing estate.

“There are various communities here, so developers should improve the social amenities so that the people can interact more with each other through social activities,” he said.

Lee also wanted developers to enhance the security by increasing Rela patrolling besides improving the telecommunication facilities.

“We also yearn for a police station to be built in Bandar Baru Permyjaya, which covers Tudan and Senadin areas,” he added.

In the moment, Bandar Baru Permyjaya has only a police counter at Emart Shopping Mall.
