Naim Land records 70% take-up rate for Bintulu condo project

KUCHING: Naim Land Sdn Bhd has recorded a 70% take-up rate for The Peak, a condominium project within its Bintulu Paragon integrated development.

At 34 storeys, The Peak is set to be the tallest condominium tower in Sarawak.

Naim property investment and REIT chief operating officer Yong Kei Seng said the 70% take-up was achieved in two months since Block A of The Peak was launched in June.

“This demonstrates the resilience of Bintulu’s property market, primarily due to the economic development brought about by the Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (Score) and the LNG Train 9 project, presenting property investors with unique investment propositions.

“It also highlights a change in preference in favour of affluent high-rise living such as that offered by The Peak,” he said.

Built with a contemporary tropical concept, The Peak offers a range of suites, studio units and duplexes as well as lifestyle facilities such as a gym, swimming pools, barbecue areas and function rooms.

It is the first high-rise residential project in Bintulu Paragon, a self-contained hub with residential, commercial, retail and hospitality components.
