Naim holds CNY open house at Bintulu Sales Gallery

BINTULU: Developer Naim Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Naim Holdings Berhad, organised its second Chinese New Year open house at its Bintulu Sales Gallery (Bintulu Paragon integrated development site) at No.1 Old Airport Road yesterday.

The event starting with lion dancing and traditional drum performance attracted many property buyers and investors.

Among those present was Bintulu Development Authority general manager Datu Mohidin Ishak.

A crowd thronged the venue to find out more about Bintulu Paragon’s prime Street Mall units for lease and sale and Small Office Versatile Office (SOVO) units for sale.

Naim’s deputy chief executive officer Ng Kim Huatt said sales for Street Mall and SOVO had been encouraging.

“These development components are well received by the Bintulu community. We urge those not yet a part of the Bintulu Paragon to find out more about our limited prime Street Mall and SOVO units available,” said Ng.

During the event, Naim introduced its new upmarket brand Naim Signature Collection and its products.

Naim Signature Collection comprises a range of unique and outstanding residential and commercial properties redefining live, work and play experiences.

“These properties will contain special features such as branded finishes, multi-tiered security, benefits of integrated development and other special features.

“We have launched our first product under the collection called Sapphire on the Park condo development in Kuching where we invited all to find out more about other products under the collection,” he added.

Naim also took the opportunity to give back to society by handing over financial assistance totalling RM43,888 to six Chinese schools in Bintulu: SM Kai Dee, SJK Kai Ming, SJK Siong Boon, SJK Chung Hua, SJK Chung Hua No. 2 and SJK Sebiew Chinese.

Ng said Naim had always been regarded as a developer and contractor that delivered.

“All our projects are completed on time and on specs. In fact, about 50 per cent of our projects are completed ahead of schedule. That is why we provide 24 months’ warranty period for our development, when most developers provide about 12 months,” he said.

However, Naim did not want to be merely a good developer but also a good corporate citizen with a programme reaching out to less fortunate members of society. Tabung Amanah Naim is one of its vehicles to assist the deserving in further education.
