Naim Holding’s property roadshow in Sibu a hit

KUCHING: Naim Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Naim Holdings Bhd, is holding a road show to showcase its developments in Kuching, Miri and Bintulu.

The roadshow, at RH Hotel in Sibu, started yesterday and ends tomorrow.

Its senior general manager (Sales and Marketing) Alice Ting said response towards the roadshow was very encouraging.

“Guests can find out more about our recently launched upmarket brand, the Naim Signature Collection, which features a range of residential and commercial properties with benefits of integrated development, branded finishes, multi-tiered security and other special features.

“We are showcasing the first product under the collection, called the ‘Sapphire On The Park’ condominium development, which is part of the Kuching Paragon integrated development situated in Jalan Batu Lintang, Kuching,” she said in a press release issued yesterday.

“We have also received a good level of interest towards our Street Mall and Small Office Versatile Office (SOVO), which are components within the iconic Bintulu Paragon integrated development.

As there are limited prime Street Mall units for sale and lease, and SOVO units for sale, we urge all to come to the roadshow for more information.”

Ting also mentioned that the newly launched Bahagia Residences four-storey apartments in Miri were also received good response.

“With their strategic location and affordable prices, they provide a good investment proposition to all.”
