Naim Group’s Performance On Track

Property developer Naim Cendera Holdings Berhad’s (Naim) performance this year is right on track and the group is optimistic that 2004 will be another good year.

Naim group managing director and their chief executive officer Datuk Hasmi Hasnan gave this positive outlook during his briefing to 40 fund managers from Peninsular Malaysia recently.

He also informed them of Naim’s recent land acquisitions, which comprised some 250 acres of land along Jalan Sultan Tengah, north of Kuching, as well as 100 acres to the south. The group was also briefed on Naim’s operations, business direction and activities.

After the briefing by Hasmi, the group attended another briefing regarding Sarawak, given by the State Planning Unit’s (SPU) technical adviser Chua Teck Kheng.

The delegation, led by ECM Libra, Kuala Lumpur, was on a one-day trip to Kuching.

The group was also taken on a tour of the city, and also of Desa Ilmu, one of Naim’s development areas in Kota Samarahan.
