Naim Fest 2005 To Be Launched This Weekend

Naim Cendera, the developer for Desa Ilmu at Kota Samarahan and the much talked about The Riveria at Sungai Kuap will be launching its month-long Naim Fest 2005 this weekend and members of the public are cordially invited to join the event.

Open to all members of the public from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, the event is the first of its kind organized by the well-known property builder and will feature a range of interesting activities.

Ideally a year end gathering for its valued clients as well as its potential buyers, the upcoming Naim Fest 2005 will be on until December 31st at its Sales Office at the ground floor of Wisma Naim, Jalan Rock.

Speaking at a media conference at Wisma Naim yesterday, Naim’s Director of Sales, Mr Tony Lau disclosed that among the celebration highlights will include a property exhibition that showcases the range of housing and commercial projects at Desa Ilmu and The Riveria.

“We are organizing the event especially for our valued clients and those who are interested in our properties” he said while calling on the public to join the event that will also be offering lots of door gifts and lucky draw prizes.

According to him, Naim Fest 2005 is also a celebration for all as Naim thank all of its customers for the trust and support that have been given.

“We hope to see all of our clients and to catch up with them during the event that is also aimed to foster cordial relations with them” he added on Naim Fest 2005 which will also feature a Children’s Coluring Contest on December 18th, a Christmas Reception on December 25th and a New Year Countdown Reception on December 31st.

For the visitors, there will be lots of door gifts to be given away that include 2006 pocket calendars, bookmarks, souvenir pens plus the wonderful chance to take part in a lucky draw that offers over RM10,000 worth of prizes.

On top of that, free gifts will also be given to confirmed buyers throughout the promotion period and they are also entitle to participate in the Year-End Grand Prize lucky draw that offers an attractive prize.
