Naim confident of Riveria sales despite economic crisis

KUCHING: Naim Cendera is confident of selling all the units in its Riveria Project situated along the Kuching-Samarahan Expressway despite the economic crisis.

Tony Lau, Naim Cendera Holdings Berhad Director of Sales revealed that under the Riveria Project, more than 700 units had been built and until now, only 30 residential units are left in the Hibiscus and Jasmine Series.

“This would be a good time to buy as prices of these houses had not been increased and interest is now as low as 3.9 or 4.0%.”

“Our promotion will end on February 23. Now it is still within the promotion period. There are a lot of free gifts such as wardrobe and 2 units of air conditioners to be given away should you buy the houses or condominiums now.”

He further added that there was another advantage to buy these houses now as the buyers need not wait for a long period of time to move in. They would be able to move in instantly if they chose to.

Lau believed that the prediction of prices of houses going down might not be valid as labour and land cost had not decreased, when asked by the media during a Naim Chinese New Year Open House here yesterday.

He assured that the Riveria area was flood free even though it is situated at the intersection of two rivers namely Sungai Kuap and Sungai Merdang. To him, the location by the rivers was an added value as civilizations always emerged along rivers or at the intersection of rivers.

Also present was Gary Kho, the Sales and Marketing Manager. The event is an annual event where the company celebrates the festive season with the general public and their clients.
