Miss Tourism Intercontinental Finalists Visit To Wisma Naim

Wisma Naim was abuzz with excitement when finalists for this year’s Miss Tourism Intercontinental beauty pageant paid a courtesy visit to Naim Cendera (Naim) group headquarters yesterday.

This is the second time Naim is sponsoring the event which is being held to promote Sarawak on the world’s tourism map as well as in aid of charity where certain proceeds from the ticket sale is for construction of the Chung Hua School in Tudan, Miri.

On hand to welcome the finalists where Naim’s Executive Director, Vincent Kueh and the group’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Ricky Kho who were joined by the Director of Sales, Mr. Tony Lau and Sales Manager, Mr. Gary Kho.

“We are glad that the finalists are able to be with us here today and to get acquainted with Naim that has been incorporated the sponsorship of the Miss Tourism Intercontinental as one of its community related activities” said Mr. Ricky Kho.

According to him, the sales of the grand finals tickets are still available for those interested and the public should grab this opportunity to witness the world class event that is being held once every two years only.

“By buying the tickets, the public can also do their part in helping to fund the construction of the Chung Hua School in Tudan, Miri which is needs the support of the people” he added.

The grand finals of the event will be held on July 23 at Mega Hotel in Miri and while there, the finalists will also be visiting Naim’s flagship property project at Bandar Baru Permyjaya (BBP) and meeting the resident there during a “Meet-The Residents” session at Dewan Dato Permaisuri on July 16.

The finalists are also invited to grace Naim’s Buyer-Get-Buyer (BGB) Nite to be held on July 17 at Miri Indoor Stadium where those who have bought their homes from Naim are invited to attend the fun filled function.

During Naim’s BGB Nite, all of the finalists will be parading their traditional outfits from respective countries while entertaining the crowd in their own special ways.
