Bintulu Paragon to herald a new skyline and lifestyle

BINTULU: Long-term development projects, with the construction of skyscrapers through Bintulu Paragon, will continue to change the landscape of this town in the near future.
The streets and boulevards of Bintulu will be re-defined once the ‘Bintulu Paragon’ at the Bintulu Old Airport site is completed and which promises to become a sensational landmark.

Head of Corporate Marketing of Naim Land SdnBhd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Naim Holding Berhad), Caroline Yeo, said Bintulu Paragon would not only change the skyline with skyscrapers but it would also offer a different lifestyle to the locals and people from outside Bintulu.

“This large-scale development in Bintulu which is to be implemented in the long-term, holds much promise for an interesting scenario,” she said during Press Night at its Gallery at Bintulu Old Airport on Friday.

She said Bintulu is the only town in the state to be developed with steady integration and it will gradually become a new power-house of economy for Sarawak in the future.

“We hope the local residents will welcome us, as our partner in a thrilling journey. But we will try to do something with regards to the welfare of the local community,” said Yeo.

She said a number of scholarships and other charitable works are part of the efforts made specifically for the local people in Bintulu.

Naim Land SdnBhd senior manager of property operations, Gerald Sim, and its sales and marketing manager Gary Kho were among those present at the event.
