Attractive discounts at Naim’s Merdeka Sales

KUCHING: Naim Cendera’s Merdeka Sales 2008 from Aug 1-31 is offering promotional packages with discounts of up to RM50,000. A Naim press release yesterday said the promotions are for its three “well received” developments: Desa Ilmu, Riveria and Rock Commercial.

“Prospective property owners now have great opportunity to own their dream houses while celebrating the joyous National Day,” the press release said.

“The Merdeka Sales 2008 will be giving away RM888 to RM50, 000 worth of discounts. One of the attractive packages is a joint promotion with HSBC Bank for commercial and residential properties,” it’s said.

The promotion also allows buyers to enjoy an additional rebate on the selling price as well as giving them cash discounts.

“For those who purchase one unit shophouse at Desa “Ilmu Commercial or Rock Commercial, they will be entitled to enjoy an attractive discount of up to RM50, 000,” the press release said. Besides commercial properties, Naim is also offering lakeside view of detached show-houses and detached lots in Desa Ilmu with discounts of up to RM8, 888 for each purchase.

“An additional RM2, 888 rebate will be offered to financing packages with HSBC Bank,” the press release said.

At its Riveria development, houses priced between RM200.000 and RM299.999 will be discounted at one per cent, RM300, 000 to RM399, 999 at 1.5 per cent, and above RM400, 000, two per cent.

Rebates ranging from RM1,888 to RM2,888 will be offered to HSBC Bank financing.
