What began as Bandar Baru Permyjaya in 1995 has grown into one of Malaysia’s Top 30 property developers, shaping communities across Sarawak for more than three decades.
From its beginnings in Miri, NAIM has grown into a leading Sarawak-based investment holding company with core businesses in property development, construction and engineering, operating through NAIM Land Sdn. Bhd. and NAIM Engineering Sdn. Bhd.
To date, NAIM has served more than 23,000 homeowners and delivered over RM5 billion worth of projects spanning residential townships, commercial centres, civil engineering and infrastructure works. Its flagship developments include Bandar Baru Permyjaya, Kuching Paragon and Bintulu Paragon across Miri, Kuching and Bintulu.

Going beyond Sarawak, NAIM has spread its wings to Sabah for via its joint venture with Samsung Korea for an oil and gas terminal project, Peninsular Malaysia, as the first East Malaysian contractor to be awarded 2 construction packages for the MRT project at Klang Valley and Fiji, for road upgrading and rehabilitation projects.
