Executive/Assistant – Admin cum Finance (Kuching / Bintulu)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To perform administrative and account duties.
  • Responsible for preparing payment to vendor.
  • Prepare billings to tenants and landlords.
  • Collect Management Fee in arrears.
  • General administrative & securities duties e.g: preparing letters, issue receipts, filling, etc.
  • Work closely with Property Manager to provide effective, high quality service.
  • Liaise closely and maintain good rapport with tenants, landlords and contractors.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Administration, Account or any relevant academic background with a minimum of 2 years working experience.
  • Self-motivated, take ownership and able to work independently.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Customer service oriented, matured and trustworthy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
