Construction, Civil Engineering And Infrastructure Projects
As one of Malaysia’s leading infrastructure developers, Naim is a Class A Bumiputera Contractor with ISO 9001 certification and Malaysia’s largest Bumiputera Contractor in terms of market capitalisation.
Over the years, Naim has pioneered innovative engineering solutions for a myriad of challenges locally and in other parts of the world with an aim to promote sustainable living. It was the first company in Sarawak to construct a major road bridge using the advanced ‘incremental launch’ technique, and was also the first to incorporate recycling strategies into its projects by using scrap vehicle tyres as foundation materials for bridge approach roads.
For almost two decades, Naim’s philosophies of excellent quality, timely delivery, value and customer service had led to a sterling track record as the builder of choice. As a stamp on its work quality, Naim provides two years’ defect liability period for its works.
Leveraging on our continued success, we are constantly expanding our horizons to other parts of nation and around the world. Naim was the first East Malaysian contractor to be awarded two construction packages for the MRT project at the Klang Valley in Peninsular Malaysia. In addition, Naim, in collaboration with Samsung (Korea) was involved in construction works for the Sabah Oil and Gas Terminal at Kimanis, Sabah. Defying initial challenges, Naim embarked on its maiden project in Fiji which involved the upgrading works for Kings Road (from Waito to Wailotua) which was a important stretch of Fiji’s traffic artery. This project drew praises by the Fijian Government as a benchmark of Fiji’s future infrastructure works. To date, Naim has completed over RM5 billion worth of works, all on schedule, with some ahead of schedule.
Naim is and will continue to be a key partner in our country’s economic and infrastructure development, develop vibrant living communities and construct national assets of quality and value.
Naim is a Builder of Excellence.
