Covering an area of 36-acres, the 4-blocks in SRK Merbau can accommodate 1,200 primary students in its 25 classrooms together with other facilities such as the art/ science/ general rooms, 4-workshops and laboratories, a dental clinic and a canteen. Meanwhile, SMK Merbau’s 5-block has 36 classrooms for 1,600 secondary students. Those schools were completed one month ahead of schedule and it also won us The Malaysian Construction Industry Excellence Awards for Medium Scale Building Project 2003 by Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia.
