Projects completed during 2008 had a combined value of RM 1.05 billion and in the best Naim tradition; all were completed on time or ahead of schedule.

SARAWAK MEDICAL SCIENCE COLLEGE   This 30-acres project is a joint venture project between Naim and Konsortium Javel Engineering for Ministry of Health Malaysia. It is located at Mile 13th, Penrissen Road approximately 20km south of Kuching city and 4km from Kota Padawan. It is to replace the existing Para medical personnel school in Kuching which has become inadequate and out dated to cater for the ever increasing intake of students each year.

ACCESS ROAD FROM KUALA BARAM HIGHWAY TO CURTIN UNIVERSITY   The design, construction and completion of Access Road to Curtin University of Technology Sarawak for Public Works Department with the contract value RM11.3 million. This project was completed one and half months ahead of schedule on 23rd December 2004.

NEW BATANG KEMENA BRIDGE, BINTULU   Part of the aforementioned Sibu-Bintulu road package, this 456-metre bridge was only the second in Malaysia to be built using the Incremental Launching Method (ILM), whereby the bridge is actually built on lang and launched out in 20-metre stages. This process is not only one of the most dramatic and imposing sights in the entire construction industry; its also offers equally dramatic considerable expertise in this innovative technology, which is widely used in Europe, the Naim Group will be seeking additional bridge projects in Malaysia where the ILM method can be applied.
