Projects completed during 2008 had a combined value of RM 1.05 billion and in the best Naim tradition; all were completed on time or ahead of schedule.

BALINGIAN/ KUALA BALINGIAN/ KUALA TATAU/ BINTULU ROAD, SIBU (PHASE 2)   This is the link road connecting Kuala Balingian/ Balingian Road to the Balingian Bridge. It was completed eight months ahead of schedule.

INSTITUTE LATIHAN PERINDUSTRIAN (ILP) PHASE 1 & 2   The Institute Latihan Perindustrian (ILP) Miri is a vocational training institute for school leavers implemented by Ministry of Human Resources with a contract value of RM197 million. It is a turnkey project, for both 2 phases of the project whereby it was supervised by Project Management Consultant (PMC). Built on a 60-acre site in the Permyjaya Township, it can accommodate 600 students in six different faculties which are equipped with modern IT, internet and multimedia facilities. Both Phase I and Phase II of the project was completed ahead of schedule.

BALINGIAN/ KUALA BALINGIAN/ KUALA TATAU/ BINTULU ROAD, SIBU (PHASE 1)   This RM21.5 million project is a part of the Coastal highway and the only link between Balingian and Kuala Balingian and it was completed on schedule.
