NEW STATE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY/ (DUN) COMPLEX SARAWAK |

The DUN complex, which completed on May 2009 will boast of the state of the art facilities for the users and occupants of the building and together with the landscaped gardens shall stand as a testament to Sarawak’s direction for the future. The Complex has a gross floor area of 40,739m2, with the roof apex nine storeys high. Naim and PPES Works are the turnkey contractors for this project.

CUSTOMS, IMMIGRATION AND QUARANTINE COMPLEX (CIQ) LIMBANG, SARAWAK |

The Limbang Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex for the Ministry of Home Affairs represents a departure from our usual strategy of targeting negotiated contracts. Our successful tender for this project indicates that we are as competitive on cost management as we are on quality and timely delivery. It also allows us to demonstrate the quality of our work to large numbers of international travelers between Malaysia and Brunei. At the end of March 2007, the project was 28.5% complete, and as scheduled for timely completion in January 2008.

MAKTAB RENDAH SAINS MARA (MRSM), MUKAH |

Construction of MRSM, Mukah Division Sarawak was completed on 28 April 2009. This project covers an area of approximately 19.2ha and is adjacent to the SMK Mukah and about 2.3 km from Mukah town. The MRSM consists of an administration building, lecture hall, quarters, hostel, laboratories, sport complex, soccer and hockey field, tennis courts, running track and other facilities.
