Responsibilities

• Must be able to communicate (written and oral) with various parties related for the execution of works such as Client, suppliers, sub-contractors and staff.
• Must be able to handle various level of works related to the laying of chip sealing, premix pavement and construction of new roads.
• Must be able to control all equipment and manpower on site, keep records, and monitor progress for proper execution of works.
• Must be able to properly coordinate all levels of staff, suppliers and most especially to the Client.

Requirements

• Degree of Civil Engineering
• Must have related working experience of six to eight years
• Must be able to interpret plans and contract documents.
• Knowledge of monitoring or tracking site progress.
• Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Words, Power point, Microsoft program planning or Primavera program planning.
